We provide discounts for military, police, and fire. We provide previous customer discounts. We provide discounts for renting 2 or more inflatables (same date and location). Please text us at (321) 344-9790 for a coupon code before checking out if you fall into one of these three categories.

Cash is preferred to avoid fees helping our small business grow! If paying cash, please have the exact change ready on the set up of your event. Payment is due on the set up at the absolute latest. We also accept the four major credit cards.

How much do bounce house rentals cost in Brevard County?

Our bounce house rental prices vary based on size and features. Standard bounce houses start at competitive rates, with larger obstacle courses and themed units priced accordingly. Contact us for specific pricing on your preferred inflatable entertainment options.

Are there additional fees for water slide rentals?

Water slide rentals may require additional considerations for water usage and electrical requirements. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees - we'll explain any additional costs during booking.

Booking and Scheduling

How long is the rental for?

Our online booking service allows you to be in control, you will pick the times you will need the unit. We typically see parties lasting 3-6 hours. We base the schedule off addresses, party start times, and create an efficient route for us. We have multiple trucks to better serve you and the needs of your event. For setups, we can arrive as early as 7am or up to 30 minutes prior to your selected party time. Take-downs will be at your selected end time or later depending on our schedule that evening.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all orders require a $50 credit card deposit. Deposits and any advance payments are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental date you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

How far in advance should I book my party rental?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and popular seasons. Holiday rentals and summer water slides book fastest, so early booking ensures availability for your preferred equipment.

Can I change my rental date after booking?

Date changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. We work with customers when possible to reschedule, but deposits and policies apply based on timing of the change request.

What time do you deliver and pick up rentals?

Delivery typically occurs 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event start time. Pickup happens at your scheduled end time or later depending on our evening schedule. We coordinate exact timing based on our daily route efficiency.

Weather and Cancellations

What if we need to cancel for bad weather?

We understand Florida's unpredictable weather. When you book a rental, it is reserved for you and cannot be rented to others. Some customers are more sensitive to the rain than others. Let's get it rescheduled. -If a customer cancels due to rain before the delivery is in route, a refund for advance payment is afforded to the renter but the $50 deposit will be given on a rain check good for 1 calendar year. -If a customer cancels due to rain while delivery is in route or we have arrived, a refund is afforded to customer for advance payment, however, $50 deposit amount is not refunded, or rain checked. -If a customer cancels after the delivery truck has arrived, or set up the unit, or tries to cancel during the party, no refund is afforded to customer, and the deposit will not be refunded. This is due to our expenses being the same. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we feel the weather will be unsafe. This would be due to an incoming hurricane off the coast, strong heavy winds, or heavy tropical thunderstorms throughout the day. In the case of us cancelling a rental, you would be refunded your deposit and any advance payment.

What if it rains in the middle of my party?

Well, that's Florida weather for you! We feel we have the fairest possible cancellation policy due to the weather (listed above). If you have a heavy downpour, strong winds, or lightning you will need to turn off the blower(s) and water to the unit. After the storm passes, simply turn the blower(s) back on and it will blow right back up in its place ready for use. Please check all stakes and that the unit is still secure before entering the unit.

What if we need to cancel for an unforeseen reason?

Once a customer reserves the rental, it cannot be rented to others. Deposits and any advance payments are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental date you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year. Let's get it rescheduled!

Can bounce houses be used in light rain?

Light rain doesn't immediately require shutdown, but heavy rain, strong winds, or any lightning requires immediate evacuation and equipment shutdown for safety. We provide clear weather guidelines for safe operation.

What wind speeds are too dangerous for inflatables?

Sustained winds over 15 mph or gusts over 20 mph require immediate shutdown and evacuation. Our professional setup includes weather monitoring guidelines to ensure guest safety at all times.

Setup and Installation

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for safety), indoors, asphalt or concrete (if platform height is below a certain height, max 20ft tall slides). We use sandbags for concrete/indoor set ups and only allow our smaller units to be sandbagged down. These units do not float and cannot be set up on the water. They also cannot be set up on the beach. None of our units will be allowed to flow into a homeowner's pool. We reserve the right to cancel a set up if it is on rocks, mulch, sticks, in drainage ditches, uneven ground, over untreated fire ant piles, or excessive pet feces.

How do I know if the water slide I reserved will fit in my yard?

All the measurements and space needed are listed in each description of the unit. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their yard to make sure there is enough space to fit the unit. Please take a tape measure and see if the unit will fit. The units are typically taller than power lines and cannot have any trees overhead. If we come out to set up the unit and it will not fit, the customer will receive a refund for any advance payment but will not receive a refund of the $50 deposit. If we have something that will fit available, we will try to bring it out to you quickly, but only after we have completed the rest of our setups for the day to not slow down the rest of the schedule. We do not send employees out to look at your yard prior to rental date.

What can I (the customer) do to prepare for the arrival and set up of my unit?

We always bring cords, hoses, and stakes for the setup of the unit(s). Please have in mind where you would like us to plug in. Some units require 2 or more breakers (listed in the description of each unit). That simple means we may need to plug into different outlets on or in your house to prevent a breaker tripping. Please have the ground cleared of sticks, rocks, pet feces, and treat fire ant piles. Have the area cleared of kid's toys, trampolines, and fire pits. Also, if we are going into a backyard, have cars moved, boats and trailers out of the way, and gates (minimum 42 inches wide) open and ready for us. If we arrive at our scheduled arrival time and the customer is not prepared, costing us time, we will have to put them to the back of the schedule and we will move onto the next delivery. We will come back after all deliveries are complete, in some cases possibly later than your scheduled start time. To avoid this, just please be ready for us, ready to answer any of the crew leaders' questions. The schedule is always full, and times are tight. Our crews are fast, efficient, and absolutely hate to be late.

What electrical requirements do bounce houses need?

Most bounce houses require a dedicated 15-20 amp circuit. Larger units or multiple inflatables may need separate circuits to prevent breaker trips. We'll discuss electrical needs during booking and bring appropriate extension cords.

How much space do I need for an obstacle course rental?

Obstacle courses typically require 40-60 feet in length and 10-15 feet in width, plus additional clearance space. Check specific dimensions in each unit's description and measure your available area before booking.

Can you set up inflatables on hills or slopes?

We require relatively level ground for safe setup. Slight slopes may be acceptable, but steep or uneven terrain poses safety risks and may result in setup cancellation with deposit forfeiture.

Parks and Venues

Do you deliver to parks? Do they have electricity and water?

Yes, we are fully insured to deliver and set up at all city and county parks. It is the customer's responsibility to reserve the pavilion and to let us know on booking if there is any paperwork the park requires. Most times we are already on file. Rarely, certain parks need additional information or special wording which will require a few days' notice for us to talk to our insurance company. The electricity requirements are listed in the description of each inflatable. Each blower will need a separate circuit (dedicated breaker). Some pavilions will have only one, but the inflatable requires two or more. This would require the purchase of a generator rental, available on our website. It is the customers' responsibility to ask the park if the pavilion will have enough power and make sure it has a proper water source. All parks and pavilions are different.

Which Space Coast parks allow bounce house rentals?

We deliver to all Brevard County parks including Wickham Park, Sand Point Park, Kiwanis Island Park, and many others. Each park has specific requirements for reservations and insurance documentation that we help coordinate.

Do I need special permits for party rentals at beaches?

Beach setups require special considerations and permits. Most of our inflatables cannot be set up directly on sand, but we can discuss beach-adjacent options and requirements for your specific location.

Can you set up at schools and churches?

Yes, we regularly service schools, churches, and community organizations. These venues often have specific insurance and setup requirements that we're experienced in handling with advance coordination.

Safety and Cleaning

What are your cleaning procedures?

We clean and sanitize all our units on delivery with a product called Odoban. This product was selected because it is a sanitizer, fungicidal, bactericidal, virucidal, and mildewstat. The health and safety of our customers, their families, and our employees is extremely important to us. You will not find dirty jumpers with us! Attached is a link so you can see the label of the product we use and all the amazing things it does: https://odoban.com/product/multi-purpose-concentrates/

Are your bounce houses safe for young children?

All our inflatables meet commercial safety standards with proper anchoring, safety zones, and age-appropriate designs. We provide detailed safety guidelines and recommend adult supervision at all times during use.

What safety rules should guests follow?

Key safety rules include: no shoes or sharp objects, one person on slides at a time, no roughhousing, proper entry/exit procedures, and immediate reporting of any equipment concerns. We provide comprehensive safety briefings with every rental.

How often are inflatables inspected?

Every inflatable receives pre-rental inspection, thorough cleaning after each use, and comprehensive annual safety audits. We maintain detailed maintenance records and proactively replace equipment showing any signs of wear.

What happens if someone gets injured?

We carry comprehensive commercial liability insurance and provide immediate safety response protocols. Our trained staff provide detailed safety instructions and emergency procedures with every rental.

Water Features and Requirements

Can we use well water on the water slides?

If you have a city water hook up on your house, we will use this over any well water system. Unfiltered well water can damage the unit beyond repair. If there is a rusty color or odor to your water, it could leave behind that rusty tint damaging and drying out the inflatable vinyl. For water units, the water will be running all day, it does not recirculate. This means your well will be pumping all day. If you have well water, be sure it is filtered, chlorinated, and has a rust blocker in your system. Be sure your system has fresh filters, salt, and is serviced before we arrive to avoid costly damage to our units.

How much water do water slides use?

Water slides use continuous water flow throughout the rental period - typically 3-8 gallons per minute depending on the slide size. This helps maintain proper sliding conditions and keeps the surface cool and safe.

Can water slides be used without water?

No, water slides must be used with proper water flow for safety and to prevent damage to the slide surface. Dry sliding can cause burns and equipment damage.

What if my water pressure is low?

Low water pressure can affect slide performance and safety. We'll assess your water pressure during setup and may recommend alternatives if flow is insufficient for safe operation.

Equipment-Specific Questions

What's the difference between bounce houses and jumping castles?

These terms are often used interchangeably. Both refer to inflatable play structures, though "jumping castles" sometimes indicates themed designs with castle-like features and turrets.

How many kids can use a bounce house at once?

Capacity varies by bounce house size, typically allowing 6-12 children depending on age and unit dimensions. We provide specific capacity guidelines for each rental to ensure safe play.

Do obstacle courses require adult supervision?

Yes, all inflatables including obstacle courses require continuous adult supervision. We provide detailed safety guidelines and recommend designated supervisors for safe operation.

Can adults use the bounce houses and water slides?

Our commercial-grade equipment accommodates adults within posted weight limits. We provide safety guidelines for mixed-age use and recommend age-appropriate turn-taking for optimal safety.

What tent sizes do you offer for parties?

We offer various tent sizes for different group sizes and occasions. Tent rentals provide weather protection and can be combined with inflatables for complete party solutions.

Do you have themed inflatables for holidays?

Yes! We offer holiday-themed inflatables for Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July celebrations. These seasonal rentals book quickly, so early reservation is recommended.
